TEXO Foundation’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee is a new area of focus for the organization and will primarily aim to provide trainings, panels, and other opportunities for open discussions about what firms in our industry can do to ensure they’re creating an exceptional workplace for all.

Committee Mission: Committed to the education, growth, and participation of all diverse people pursuing their career in the construction industry.
