The Build Texas Proud® Award is announced each December at the annual TEXO Holiday & Awards Gala. Through this award, TEXO Foundation recognizes and celebrates an individual or company that has proven to be an outstanding champion of workforce development efforts in the construction industry. The BTP Award recipient is hand-selected by TEXO Foundation’s board of directors and foundation manager and is not currently open to outside nominations.
