TEXO Foundation’s Youth Outreach Committee is dedicated to fostering interest in the construction industry by actively engaging with middle schools and high schools. Through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives, the committee seeks to introduce students to the diverse and rewarding career paths available in construction, with the goal of cultivating the next generation of skilled professionals.

The committee designs and implements a wide range of dynamic, age-appropriate programming that sparks curiosity and enthusiasm for building and construction.
